Medical Assistance/Medicaid Applications

Applications for Medical Assistance (or Medicaid) benefits are processed by each county on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Human Services. We can serve as the Medical Assistance Authorized Representative if you wish our expertise in applying for benefits.
